Fraction Division

Calculation of 3/4 divided by 1/8 in the reciprocal way.

Model:

You first draw four boxes and then you colour three of the four boxes and that would be then   3/4. Underneath the model of 3/4 you draw 8 boxes in the same width as the first one and this time you only colour one box and that will represent 1/8. After that you draw a line at the end of the three coloured boxes and the line will go through the box below as well. Lastly you count how many boxes fit into the three coloured boxes on the top and the answer would be sixth. All together 3/4 divided by 1/8 = 6 and another way of reading it would be "how many times would 1/8 fit in 3/4 and the answer is 6.
