HAPPINESS PROJECT REFLECTION
- Why did you choose this area of happiness to learn about and develop a deeper understanding?
2.What 4 words would you use to describe the process that you went through over
the last two weeks (emotions, feelings etc.)? Give some detail on when / how /
where in the process this occurred.
I felt like I accomplished something because I always like said ok just do this one more time and I encourage myself and then I feel accomplished because I can go home and drag it into my Log.
I felt very happy because some of these activities allowed me to be with my friends and these friends are super funny and they also like encourage me so when I miss a basket I don't feel that bad immediately because my friends would just say, "Oh, It's ok" and that doesn't make me feel that bad and it makes me want to keep on trying.
I felt energetic because when I do sports I like just getting everything out of me and sports uses a lot of my energy, but when the weather is nice it doesn't take my energy it gives me energy.
I felt very strong because I felt like I am doing something that is very good for my body and I also knew that it is helping me make my body be more healthy so after doing a lot of Gymnastics I feel very strong and good. 3.What areas of the project were successful and most challenging? Give at least two
examples of successes and two examples of challenges.
It was actually very hard to think of what I felt when I was doing the activity and also describe it, but I am happy that I was able to think of something and something that was successful is because the list made me push myself to like for example continue running and not stop and walk and it made me want to finish something challenging like running two or more laps around the neighbourhood.
4.What two pieces of new learning came about throughout this project?
That you should always push yourself to finish things because at the end you won't regret it and you will be happy that you pushed yourself through it because you then feel accomplished.
I also realised that doing lots of sports if it is without friends or with friends it just makes you happy and that is something I find good and something I learned.
5.Describe 3 ways that you could use this in everyday life over the next 2 months to
build your own happiness, and the happiness of others. Clearly describe how this
would look and who you could involve?
I could technically use this list I just made like as a calendar so I do these types of sports on those days and I will continue like following the calendar.
I could also just make another list like that and act like it is a project and I have to fill something out in it when I do sports.
I could just think of making myself healthy and if I am not allowed to go out I can just do some exercise at home or I can just go out with my family and have a long walk.
