Accompanying & Evading Cluster Reflection

Accompanying & Evading Cluster Reflection

Concept: Accompanying and Evading
Social Respect Focus: Participation

Look back over the past 3 units (Touch Rugby, Flag Football, Basketball), and take a moment to reflect on your experiences and answer the questions below.

Review the rubric on the concept of Accompanying & Evading and give yourself a score. Accompanying & Evading Rubrics

  1. Why did you give yourself this score?
Because when I did Flag Football I was able to trick people and run around them same with touch rugby and for basketball I was able to increase my speed while dribbling down the court and I was able to keep my ball from my opponents. Also while I was playing basketball my eyes were always up to see where my opponents are and where my team mates are. I also had a good grip with the Flag football and Touch rugby. I also showed quick changes of my direction.

  1. What is one thing you learned about the concept of Accompanying & Evading?
I learned that the concept is like it means how your technique is and how good you are in trying harder stuff, but now I learned how to hold and play Touch rugby and Flag football because I never played that.

  1. What score did you give yourself and why?
I gave myself an exemplary because I always play fairly and I get along with other classmates. I also help other people get involved. My attitude is also always very positive and nice and I am always able to collaborate with different groups and people.

  1. What is one area of Participation you need to continue to work on and why?
I think I need to work on getting more involved in group discussions and I also have to work on starting to talk more to the new groups.
