1. What happens to the cells as the salt water flows under the cover slip?
The Chloroplasts will start streaming and will flea their cells.
2. Why does this happen?
Because salt water will make the plants very dehydrated and the chloroplasts become crazy and start moving around.
3. Why didn’t the outer boundary of the cell collapse?
Because the cell wall was able to support the cell and the outer boundary did not collapse.
4. Why do plants wilt when there is not enough water?
They wilt because without water there is no water travelling through their stem and they don't have any power to hold themselves up.
