3- meets

  1. Why did you give yourself this score?
Because in Badminton I was always in ready position with appropriate racquet grip and bent knees. I was able to make contact with the shuttle through use of wrist and fast racquet head movement. The shuttle will clear the net and go in the intended direction to make the opponent move forwards, back or to the side. I think I did all of that in the Badminton unit, but during softball I think I deserve a meets because my hip rotation wasn't that good and I mostly hit the ball, but not so good and when I hit the ball I would through the racquet away and it would land so far away. During Tennis I think my striking and rotation was kind of the same like badminton so it was pretty good. I still think I deserve a high grade because I had lots of fun and I always tried my best to improve in my mistakes.
  1. What is one thing you learned about the Striking & Rotations movement patterns
I learned the right way of Striking and I learned all the different types of shots and their real names or how you can also call them. I also learned that if you start in the middle of the court and after every shot you come back to the middle you have a higher chance of hitting the next shuttle so I tried that and it helped a lot. We played doubles mostly so I thought one could be behind and one could be in front so it is easier to hit the shuttle. In Softball I learned that you have to really be fast and your hip rotation has to be good in order to hit the baseball.
